Note from Steve:
This is a novelette, shorter than a novel, shorter than a novella, but longer than a short story. I have put one idea for turning it into a novel at the end. Let me know what you think. Should I leave it as-is? Or, turn it into a full novel? The Inflection Point is a novelette about a man dying of pancreatic cancer. His always intense dreams are now enhanced to the point that he can't tell the difference between the dreams and reality. Is this just the effects of the drugs? Could it be his way of resolving his life and coming to terms with his death? Or is it something else? |
